123quality - Create templates for tickets

Sometimes you have the same topics over and over again, which are documented and processed as a ticket.

It would be helpful to be able to create templates for this. When I create a new ticket, I could then say that it should be created using a template. I then need to be able to define everything in the template beforehand, just like in a normal ticket. So title, responsibility, deadline...but also, for example, sub-tickets that are then created directly. This would save a lot of time in certain cases.
