123quality - Fold in/fold out levels & sublevels

When selecting the quality of the plan level, it would be helpful to expand/collapse the sub-level or level.

If, for example, there are 10 sub-levels under Site plans, this can quickly become confusing.

Expanding/collapsing the level would be very helpful here.
