When creating a ticket, you can add photos and include captions or annotations.

Currently, however, it is only possible to delete the entire annotation at once. A feature that allows you to selectively remove individual lines, markings, or annotations (e.g., using an eraser tool) would be very helpful here and would make editing much easier.

Furthermore, it is currently not possible to edit a photo that has already been annotated and saved.

It would therefore be useful to implement a feature for editing already saved images. This would allow, for example, typos to be corrected, markings to be adjusted, or additional notes to be added without having to relabel the entire image.

Desired improvements:

• An eraser function for selectively removing individual lines, markings, and captions. This would also be desirable for photos that have already been saved.
