<p>Beim Anlegen eines Tickets werden mir Textbausteine aus der Vergangenheit als Vorschlag angezeigt. Das ist schön, aber nicht schön ist, daß man diese Liste nicht editieren (weder löschen noch sortieren) kann (Textbaust. in denen man sich verschrieben hat, Textbausteine mit ähnlichem Inhalt etc.)</p>

<p>When I create a ticket, text modules from the past are displayed as suggestions. This is nice, but it is not nice that you cannot edit (neither delete nor sort) this list (text modules in which you have made a mistake, text modules with similar content, etc.).</p>
